Due Diligence Reports
Financial and tax due diligence
A well executed due diligence study is a fundamental part of an acquisition. In addition to mitigating acquisition-related risks, a good due diligence report adds value for the negotiation of a transaction as well as identifies actions needed post-acquisition.
Tailored due diligence
The scope of due diligence studies can vary significantly. At a minimum, due diligence verifies that the historical financials of the target provide an accurate view of the performance of the business and focuses on minimising risks. Broader studies can include e.g. analysis of the earnings model and operational dynamics of the target, evaluation of financial forecasts, or more fundamental risk analysis. Together with our clients, we tailor the scope of our due diligence studies to best match the requirements of the situation.
